Nest to Drayton Wising wiring help

Thanks for all the replies. I've wired up everything appears good. No OpenTherm installed yet, but I might look at getting that done in the future.

Nest to Drayton Wising wiring help

Hi, Sorry, I know this has been asked before, but I just want to confirm my thoughts before I make any changes.... I've just bought a Drayton Wiser for a Conventional boiler (2 channel heating/water). I was hoping the wiring would be a simple like for like change, however having just opened up...

    Opening up blocked cellar...

Hmm, comments aren't promising. I'm going to see whether I can find more plans on the building. Apparently it was Grade 3 listed when the pub was converted so there might be some documentation about it.

This is what I believe they may have done which is why the entrance isn't obvious.

This is the internal hole I created. It is solid for about 10cm then is void for another 5cm before hitting some more rock/brick.

Unfortunately everything is concrete. There are no floorboards.

    Opening up blocked cellar...

Hi, I've recently bought an old pub (c1750) that was converted to a house in the 70s. I've got hold of some plans for the house which show the (rough) position of the internal cellar entrance when it was still a pub, and I was verbally told by the previous owners where the think the external...
