we have just had a plasterer in to qoute us for doing 2 ceilings and a few bits of skimming ie over blocked in doors etc. basically he has told us thet the artex swirls on the ceilings cant be plastered over and we need to rip out the ceiling and do it again. does anyone have any advice as we...
