thanx yeah that's what the book says but the engineer quickly showed me when he was out but can't see what he pressed when cover was off, anyone any idea what I'm looking for?

Hi Hoping someone can help, our boiler broke down last week and the engineer came out and took the cover off and pressed some sort of maual reset button and the boiler fired up and her replaced a thermistor. It has now done the same again but cant get someone out til thurs and i've looked...
