Hello Have just got the excel 620mm tile (230v)cutter machine/ wet saw The machine sets up fine and does turn on but the blade head part doesn’t seem to be able to move down at all . Seems stuck, nothing in manual and customer support have been no help. Any ideas is I’m missing something...
