Sorry, it's a Baxi Duo-tec Combo HE range boiler. In the past couple of weeks we've noticed the radiators have gone cold when they should still have been on. Nothing unusual showed up on the boiler but we tried turning a hot water tap on and let it run for a minute and the radiators came back...

Our radiators have recently started to go cold when they shouldn't and we have to run the hot water for a minute or so to make them come back on. We've tried bleeding them but that hasn't helped. Has anyone any ideas before we need to call a plumber? Many thanks.

Indesit WIDXL126 washer/dryer is making a very loud clonking noise when the drum turns . We have an Indesit WIDXL126 washer/dryer and it's just started making a clonking noise when the drum turns but it's only doing it when it turns in one direction, not the other. We've had the back of the machine off and can't see anything but it might be in between the drum and the outer drum...

It turned out to be loads of fluff in the condenser. It's all been cleaned out now and the dryer is back to normal. Thank you both very much for helping out, saved a fortune in call-outs :lol: Sue

We've had this washer/dryer for two years with no problems. It's a Turbodry machine and has always dried everything very quickly but just recently it's taking at least 2 hours to dry even the very smallest load. The door doesn't get anywhere near as hot as it used to. I've checked everything...
