Indesit washer/dryer making clonking noise

We have an Indesit WIDXL126 washer/dryer and it's just started making a clonking noise when the drum turns but it's only doing it when it turns in one direction, not the other. We've had the back of the machine off and can't see anything but it might be in between the drum and the outer drum casing. It doesn't make the noise when we take the belt off only when it's on.
Does anybody have any ideas as to what it might be?
