    thanks all. The plumber agrees with you all re Worcester but insists Ideal have an excellent reputation and they are close to competing with Vaillant. They might have a good rep but do their boilers last? I will ask him about Intergas though so thanks for advice.

    Hi I just looked back and the agencies plumber originally went round to fix the taps, it just stated 'bathroom tap issues'. He said he can't fix them as the backnuts have seized and the taps now need to be replaced.

    Hi, can anyone help. I have used walnuts before to remove scratches from wooden furniture and it's worked well but just used one on my coffee table and it's left a smudge behind which I expect is the oil. Anyone advise how I can remove this without harming the table? thanks
