If you've got hot water in the taps then it sounds like the shower is at fault. I'd start by checking the thermostatic cartridge in it is OK and that you don't have a blocked inlet filter on the hot side. Or If the shower head is blocked and the flow to the shower is poor the flow switch...

Hi Just to clarify, the system leaks when hot water or heating is on. But not when the boiler is switched off. Pressure vessel & PRV are fine. No loss from safety pipe and no significant increse in pressure when system running. Thanks.
