Hi just checked the 24VOLT DC PLUG I have been using which is actually getting 33volts on the meter. So yeah I take it I need to purchase or find a 24VOLT AC ADAPTER POWER SUPPLY to power this camera...

I've got this cable And I've also got another one like this but it is a cable coated in plastic surrounded by meshy cable? The DVR is Hikvision I'm not 100% of the model but it is 16channel and has a dvd drive on the front I'll find out soon when I go down.
