No, the water is not turned off Normally, when the machine is put on, it is supposed to turn before taking water. It doesn't turn at all.

It also doesn't take water. But when set to spin, the machine starts and spins though after a little delay.

The Make of the machine is Pro Action and the model is A105QW. I bought the machine second hand so cannot really say how old it is but has been with me for three years.

My machine does not wash but spins full cycle. What could be the problem? Cameroon
