Washing machine does not wash

My machine does not wash but spins full cycle. What could be the problem?

do you mean it takes in the washing water, and the soap, but does not churn?

How old is it?

Make and model may help.

The Make of the machine is Pro Action and the model is A105QW. I bought the machine second hand so cannot really say how old it is but has been with me for three years.

It also doesn't take water. But when set to spin, the machine starts and spins though after a little delay.

No, the water is not turned off
Normally, when the machine is put on, it is supposed to turn before taking water. It doesn't turn at all.

Turn off water, remove hose from back of machine, put end of hose into a bucket and turn on the water, does water come out the end?

Check the pump for blockage & the pressure switch & pipe.
