Hiya, just about to lay reclaimed bitumen-backed oak parquet. Half the install is on new screed that is perfectly dry (and soon to be bonded with Lecol 280), the rest is on 18mm ply. Will be using Lecol 5500 adhesive throughout. Should I prime the ply with PVA, etc or just leave it...
