    Dimmer switch help needed

I've just re-read that....the bathroom light is not controlled by the switch in the kitchen and vice-versa. Just wanted to clarify that point.

    Dimmer switch help needed

If you look at my first comments in this thread, this explains exactly what happens with each switch. Also, I have just confirmed the following: Remove wire to L1: kitchen light does not work but bathroom light does work. Remove wire to L2: kitchen light does work but bathroom light...

No, the switches in the kitchen are the only ones that control the lights in the kitchen. But as I said earlier, this specific dimmer is obviously linked somehow to the light in the bathroom....

It's another dimmer and controls a separate line of spot lights in the kitchen. This works fine and has not been affected by changing the other dimmer. Unfortunately I no longer have the original dimmer and I did not make a note of the connections (yes, I know I should have done this).

    Some rads are luke warm

Sorry for the delay but I've managed to sort most of the problems out. Once I topped up the boiler (pressure had dropped to abour .5 bar) and then bled the rads a couple more times (and also topped up the boiler for a second time), the rads are now nice and hot again. However, the heated...

    Some rads are luke warm

I'm a novice so could you explain in more detail please? Specifically, what do you mean by: 'turn off the flow via lock sheild'? Thanks.

    Some rads are luke warm

A bit of background first... We've had no-end of trouble since our Isar HE24 combi was installed around 2 years ago. A few weeks back British Gas finally got to the bottom of the problem (the big problem we had was intermittent hot water). It seems the root cause was that the system wasn't...
