Old thread but I had a similar problem with a Remeha Avanta Plus 39c - which is now fixed. With the casing off, the flow sensor led was permanently on (red light) indicating a constant demand for hot water. Pulled off the sensor, light went off. Tested this with a magnet, light back on meaning...

Hello, I've a softwood patio door and applied x2 coats wood preservative, x1 coat Sadolin Ultra base coat clear & x2 coats of Sadolin Ultra wood stain. The Sadolin Ultra is a pigmented wood "stain" but it cures more like a gloss finish. The first coat was fine, still showing the original...
