Gasman...that does make sense,,,but on occasions when gutterings do overflow with this uncertain climate does that mean that water willl always filter back to the boiler

Denso....so if the overflowing gutter water is coming back into the fluewont it automatically travel along back along the flue to the boiler

I would appreciate some advice. I have the above boiler on my kitchen wall. There is then a 4 metre flue to the outside wall and see below a picture of the outside flue below the guttering. I live in a flat on the the top floor.When it rains heavily the guttering leaks and water finds its way...

Just thinking of having a combi boiler fitted after having boiler and large water heater. The existing boiler is linked to outside wall by two flues but I note that all combi boilers have just one flue. Can I purchase a combi with two flues and which is more beneficial. Thanks
