No idea if it has an anticipator in it. Its a brand new Drayton Invensys RTS1 Room Thermostat. Whats the advantage of an anticipator anyway and do they usually have one fitted within? I'm off to but a thermometer to see if the thermostat is crap!

how does one go about cutting a 105mm diameter circular hole in the ceiling plasterboard for fitting an extractor fan? im thinking of using a stanley knife but thought there must be a neater way! grateful for any assistance cheers
