Hi guys. I’m refitting my bathroom and have a quick question for all you bathroom fitters. What’s the best way to seat this waste pipe into the joint as there is currently a 10mm gap all around the male part. Previously it was filled with putty but I’ve cleaned this off ready for refitting

its not really an extension. We took down a freezing cold conservatory and had it replaced with this construction. Its basically a conservatory but better.

yes I understand about the requirement for the 120mm. The builder has bascially thrown it up without much care but I am at the stage now where it can't go back. So thats why i was considering insulating below the roof deck. The house is already open so I am not getting regs checked.
