Wow, really? I thought there would be some kind of home recipe kind of cleaner. Is this a safe thing to use or does it require all kinds of kit and gear to apply?

This is the best I can do to show how it looks. I know it's in two parts, we're going to put it up in a way that still works... The hose is about 12mm wide with about a 0.7mm opening.

How so? The water showers down into the tub, not against the wall. In fact, what is there now is a simple holder for a shower head that one is meant to put up on the wall.
