Thank you so much Ian . I was worried as the pipes are very hot as they come out of the pump and had visions of the plastic melting and burning the house down!!!

I have had problems with pump vibration on my central heating system and my builder thinks it is from pipes touching the floorboards. He has wrapped this black plastic backed hessian round the hot pipes to and from the pump and also packed the various pipes around the boards. The question is ...
