Thanks for the reply. Sorry, yes, hot tap water. OK, it's not a combi boiler, we have a boiler which leads to a tank (I imagine this is the cylinder). No alterations have been made to the system recently.

Hi everyone, I need some assistance in this strange issue. When I turn both the hot water and central heating on, the water that comes out is brown? But when the hot water is on by itself, the water is fine? What's going on? Thanks a lot, Tom :)

Hi everyone, I hope you can help me. I have an old central heating system, with a timer attached to it. The timer seems to be losing time, it's losing about 30 minutes a day, is there a battery in it? The model is a Grasslim T2002, if that helps. Thanks a lot, Tom :)
