I had one of these and it did exactly the same , it will be a fault in the reciever not switching the voltage to the boiler but as you say the light comes on saying it is receiving the signal , probably a faulty relay or similar in the reciever , bin it and buy a reputable one thats what I had...

Hi all , I have a gu 35/92 lock and I am trying to replace it with a split spindle lock , does anyone know of a lock that fits or will I have to buy the whole locking mechanism ???

If it comes out as a damage report as dangerous , it may just get made safe , ie taken down and not put back up , then you would have to raise a fault on your line

If it is on the idc terminals it probably hasnt made a connection properly as they dont always if there is already another wire in there

you need to test for voltage with a multimeter , could be the programmer or could be a zone valve .

It works fine on dhw but from cold on heating it usually does flame failure , from cold dhw works fine , I know it will be suggested low gas rate but surely that would affect the dhw as well , any pointers great full received .

I have a upvc door that the latch is operated by both handles , I want it so that the latch can only be opened from inside on the handle and would need the key from outside , at the moment the key does not operate the latch just the handles . Do I need a complete new lock unit or can it be setup...
