Hi all. I’m on a leak job where the ceiling has been soaked by a leak from above. It was suspended and mdf match board was used. It measures nearly 2.7m on its length. The owner is suggesting it was from Selco. How ever they only have 2.4m lengths now. Does anyone know where I can get get longer...

thanks for your reply, I’ll check it out, though I didn’t see a stop ring on the spindle. I did try to change the position of the knob and it didn’t help. Water is very hot at inlet, to my fingers.

Mains fed Combi boiler. All other taps pipeing hot.
