New Flat Roof - Replacing Concrete Roof

Concreate has cracked and is leaking so i thought its best to get rid of this and go in with a cold deck and have it insulated. Okay so i would need to lift the white facia and tack a lead flashing there?

Hi, Planning on removing an old concreate flat roof and will be replacing it with a timber joist cold deck. Wanted some advice how to finish this off on the neighbors side as they have pitched roof and the side has just been cladded. Any suggestions would be appreciated Thanks

    DIY Shed

    DIY Shed

Hello guys, I'm planning on making a shed using 4x2 timber and look at options as to what to cover this with. Shiplap cladding is quite pricey so was looking at OSB3 sheets, not sure if there is a good way to fully water proof this? Any thoughts on this or other recommendations ? Thanks!

    Junction box intermittently shorting (possibly)

Just tested live to the junction box n boiler using a tester screwdriver which was live... Strange that it happens in the mornings... If the over heat stat in a unvented was to kick in would it trip out everything? Shouldn't do unless it's wired incorrectly? Thanks

    Bathroom Extractor Fan

Hi guys, I'm in the process of replacing a bathroom shower fan with a powerful one which is mains powered 230v IPX4. Currently it's wired to its own switch so it doesn't come on with the lights which is the way I would like to keep it. The new fan mention the below. The CU is RCD already so...
