Procter roof shield is all I use unless client buys different!! Might be dearer but never had a problem with it

Eave protector will be your best bet,you should be able to slip them under the tile and felt

The bottom tiles should have full length channel on!! They must have ran out of them!!!!! I've do a site with them years ago and there was 3 different tiles for every house, bottom eve tile,middle tile which is that one in your picture then a top course tile, nightmare!!

I'm sure if you asked the roofer to do them after the builder had finished he would of(I would have) just to make sure it was right and looked good, spoilt a good job by the looks of things.

Have a look online pal there are plenty of options and you can get it cut to the size you need so no waste. Have a look on you tube at how to fit epdm,

👍 All u can do is upgrade something is better than nothing, even building control officer will say this as for cost afew 8x4 insulation sheets plus afew hours to install,it's not a big job to do when roof is off,roofers who are doing job will tackle it

Ask about locally for a decent roofer? Or knock on afew doors around the area that have had roofs redone? Or at the local builders merchants😉
