Many thanks Dave, I have checked the two pipes (Air Inlet/Exhaust Flue) if they were lose but there are tight properly, but the noise is on the Air inlet pipe. I woder if it could be blocked or theresn't enough air coming through this pipe! I appreciate your advise. Toumi.

Hi, I have a Powermax 155 Boiler. When it starts first the fan runs without any noise. after about 10 seconds, the boiler fires, and at that point the noise starts. the noise is very loud on the the Air Inlet Pipe. From outside my property I could hear the noise from the Flue Terminal Assemly...
