Hi Softus, I did call them, and they would replace should it be faulty, change the cartridge, but only if I offer them a paid reciept. Which I gave to the plumber when fitting out the whole bathroom. Do you feel the cartridge is the cause of the problem? I am seven miles from Bristan products...
