Hello, im no expert but can you check the pressure in your system? If you're losing pressure then you've probably got a leak, if the pressure is the same as it was last week and if it doesnt move by next week then id say there is something else causing the stains. Hope this is a little help...

It sounds like you have the same problem as westy04. He has the same species of little people living in your wall cavities, it sounds like the ones you have are nocturnal though, these are the dodgy type! Got to watch em or they'l be singing hymns next. You need to either gas em or supply them...

Sounds to me like you have a very small family with their own little air con system living in a little secret room in your wall spaces, i had one of these once, gased em out, the rotting little corpes were a bit of a problem though...... :lol:
