I have a recently installed system boiler (Worcester Bosch)
When I remove the heads from the TRVs I can get all of the radiators balanced with a 12 degree drop between flow and return - I know some may disagree with the 12 degree drop but my common sense logic tells me that whilst it may be...
So if I am understanding correctly…..
Neutral live and earth from fused spur into wiring centre
Neutral and live for boiler from neutral and live in wiring centre plus earth if required
Link wire removed from boiler (as per manual)
T1 and T2 wired to two core and onto thermostat 12v...

Currently the walls are tiled 2/3 of the way up and painted with bath room paint for the other 3rd.

In my current CH set up I have a combi boiler in the garage, with a manual dial type timer attached to the combi.
Currently I set the timer to constantly on, with the thermostat in the hallway controlling the temperature (don't use the timer at all) .
I would like to swap the thermostat...
