Ahh I see, I’ll give this a go. Is this under the engineer settings? When you say ‘user’ I’m presuming that’s by inputting the user code? If that’s the case, there’s only 1 user and 1 user code.

What do I need to edit user to? And do I need to do this for all zone now or just D (as the door contacts are in all zones). Thanks
