Hi all I am D&D the walls in my kitchen after removing all the old plaster. What would you guys recommend as the best fixings for using to hang the kitchen cabinets with, bearing in mind the gap between the plasterboard and wall? or is there some other method i should use? Cheers

Thanks again I have run bonding from the MET to the incoming water pipe and then without breaking the cable to my gas inlet after the meter. Thus i only have this 10mm earth run and 16mm to my consumer unit in the MET block. Just waiting for the DNO to come and upgrade the theirs to 16mm...

Hozza I have just had a PIR done for a house i am buying in Rotherham, i paid £150+vat. Sounds like a similar installation with lights and sockets up and down on the same circuit. Suffice to say it did not pass, no rcd protection on downstairs sockets. Overloaded circuits etc etc...
