Its leaking between the washer on the top part and the bottom part. The bottom part appears to be fixed fine and sealed properly. The washer came on the top part, but I have had a look at it and checked it over and it looks fine. I did turn it upside down to see if it made a difference but...

I've just switched the water off and the water is still running down the pan so I assume that it means the flush valve is not shutting fully. How do I fix that then?

IT seems to be permanently overflowing a little bit so that it keeps having to top itself up, however the float valve has been adjusted downwards 3 times now and it doesn't solve the problem. Any ideas?
