hi nothing wrong with the actuator. when i remove the actuator off. the valve stuck in. the spring wont push it out. i had to pull the valve out. its jamming/seize up. sometime it stuck half way. so i need a new cartridge.

hi guys the cartridge valve is very very sticky, sometimes stuck half way when i remove the honeywell diverter head off. what cartridge do i need? is the part number 174200 correct? thanks
