I don't know where the water is going. It must be under the floorboards as no signs of water around the radiators. Would I be best to get a leak sealer through the system at the same time?

The pressure on my Vokera 24e boiler drops to the extent that I have to top up dailly. The guy who serviced it says that the auto airvent needs replaced. In the estimate he quotes Vokera part no 4254 at a cost of £38 + 2 hours labour 0f £70 + vat. Toatal cost £130 I can source the part for...
