sounds like the receivers playing up. is there a small box near the boiler with a green light on it?

your right mate. had the neutral wired into the switch live on the room stat. what a div! oh well i was knackered at the time. Werent with it!

new vaillants ave got a lot of rubber tubes on em, tend to leak.

might struggle to get a vaillant in that space theyre quite wide. good boilers though if it will fit. the worcesters are pretty efficient too.

all the neutrals are together. but theres loads of em pushed together in the tame wiring center terminal. il ave a look at tommorow. thought it might be that. wired to honeywell wiring guide. never let me down before so i reckon one of the neutrals isnt making contact. cheers.

stick a greenstar junior in there. job done

just fitted an s-plan controls pack. getting power to clock. as soon as i switch on heating or hot water- 3amp fuse blows. all wired to the book. any ideas please?

the pump wouldnt burst

seen a lot of this on these boilers. jubilee clips no good. stick a decent screw in jubilee clip on it with a bit of paste. never leak again!
