Can't you get special stain removal agents from somewhere like Wal-mart? They should be with the other soap powders somewhere but just ask a friendly wal-mart employee if you can't find it!

I'm hoping to move to The Netherlands before the end of the year but my friend over there was living in an appartment with non-earthed sockets and she says it's common in old houses. Should I be worried about running my British stuff over there? Should I buy myself a nice pair of rubber clogs?

Occasionally, the lighting in my room goes slightly dimmer for a couple of seconds and then back to normal. What could be causing this and why doesn't it effect my presumably sensitive computer equipment? Is this a "brown out"?
