Thanks, sorry I have no experience with this stuff at all. Do I just need to move the red wire to that location that you've highlighted and it should be fixed? Or have I also put the black wire in wrongly? Thanks

The plumber said we have some sort of internal stack whatever that means and there is a manhole in the back garden which I can see water running through but not standing in. Sorry if that doesnt help much I know nothing about plumbing.
