Thanks. Is it possible to fix this bidet spray? Or shall I go ahead to replace with new one.

I have single tab attached with toilet WC and it;s leaking. Any idea how I can fix this leak please. I was trying to find opening the tab (to see the cartilage or washer) but can;t find it. please refer attached picutres.
