Single Tab Lever Leak - Toilet WC

I have single tab attached with toilet WC and it;s leaking. Any idea how I can fix this leak please.
I was trying to find opening the tab (to see the cartilage or washer) but can;t find it. please refer attached picutres.

Unless fitted correctly, which they virtually never are as its very expensive, these bidet type sprays break the Water Regulations and should not be fitted in the UK.

Thanks. Is it possible to fix this bidet spray? Or shall I go ahead to replace with new one.
