Cant be the diaphram really can it if the spindle hits the swich spot on?

I will definetely get it serviced, when i can afford it. Can you give some idea of how much a full service costs and does it actually mean disaasembing parts or just having a quick look here and there that doesn`t even last half hour. Thanks. vinnyboy

I understand what your saying, but i actually replaced the 3 port diverter last month with also anew diaphram the spindle hits the dhw microswitch spot on, could it be that the diaphram has split already. Dhw will not work if i open hot tap, but will work if i turn ch on first then open tap. If i press the dhw microswitch then it works no problem, i notice that when i do this the heating manifold spindle goes in. Yet i open tap the manifold spindle stays out. Could this be the problem...

Can anyone please tell what the pressure should be for DHW Expansion vessel. I know the main expansion vessel is 1 Bar, but not sure if its the same for dhw one. I have the installation manual but can`t find any reference to dhw expansion vessel pressure.Thanks. vinnyboy

The fan wasn`t running at full speed, i measured it with a multimeter and it gave 154 volts instead of 240. I would never ask for gas advice on here or any where for that matter. Gas is definetly a pro job. If only i`d have remembered to change the pump speed to its correct position, evrything...
