    Why would I not do risk assessments??? I am seeking advice to rectify a problem! Regarding the 'non climbable barrier' - I have given this quite a bit of thought. Have you ever worked with kids? They seek out things to swing from/lean on/perch on/etc/etc. I cant figure out a way to do this...

    I'm not sure what the local authority standard is. I'll certainly check. I'm sadly watching videos of safety film demos now - I didnt know such a thing existed! Looks like it would be a good idea and as you suggest some sort of straps to prevent 'quick exits'. Thanks for the advice.
