Hi John, 3 weeks it was a whole new value with new head. Now only the head was replaced. No draining the system was needed and it was quick.

Thank you everyone. Engineer visited in the morning and he has replaced the head of the valve. Working fine now, no noise and all combinations working as expected. Will keep a check for next few days.

B which is on the other side as seen in the video is going to hot water cylinder. A which is seen in the video is going into radiator pipes.
