Hi wallington, would you mind to send me the instruction for RC plus british gas thermostat to me as well, please? I cannot find them and I start freezing

What boiler do you have? When you press the temp increase and the flame appears does the receiver light on the little White box start to flash? Also does the boiler register a 'demand' such as the CH light illuminating? Also make sure the temperature dial on the boiler is turned up.
