ive just checked between the bus bar (across the tco) and the curcuit is open with the unit off. Cheers for your help.

Mine did that and nearly burnt me. did you get it fixed?

the shower will not give out any hot water. it just shown the temp of the water going through it. it is as if the element is not someing on. the two realys on top of the curcuit board or not making contact. can the thermal cut out be tested/checked?

i have just had the same error. Ive looked and i dont think that you can mess with anything!

mines gone the same. This will be twice now for a £300 shower in just over two years. £90 call out charge.
