It's connected as per this pic - this is our airing cupboard, and the shower is immediately to the left of this, where the pipes go through the hole in the wall...

We don't have any kind of pump, so when it was working at its best it was still "average" flow.

We have a hot water tank in the airing cubboard, just behind the shower, at roughly the same level. There's two pipes leading from this into the shower.

Yeah, already tried taking the hose off, and still no flow - so must be something before the hose...
