It was leaking out via the PRV when the failed expansion vessel was still fitted. I asked for the PRV to be replaced at the same time as the new vessel just to be sure. It was neant to be a a good thing, bit of belt and braces just to make sure the boiler was 100%! The burner led flash thing has...

Ah nuts, thought it might be a bit too good to hope for! The pressure relief valve was replaced at the same time as the expansion vessel so at least I can be confident that it will be working properly. :D

Hi, I have checked as much as an amateur can! Tank is 3/4 full, I carefully undid slightly the bleed valves on the inline filter and on the side of the pump, both immediately bled out oil, no air, bubbles, gunk or water. Are there any more checks I can do to be sure?
