My central heating is only coming as the water in the cylinder is being heated. Once the water has reached optimum temperature instead of reverting to just heating the radiators it clicks off & the boiler reverts onto standby & the radiators go cold. If i turn up the stat on the water cylinder...

My heating is now working. A corgi guy was due to come around on Wednesday but when I got up on Wednesday morning the heating was on!!

Got a corgi reg. guy coming round to have a look. I'll let you know the diagnosis.

All indications on here sound like it is the stat (fingers crossed). None of the rads feel like they are even trying to heat up. I am going to try out the stat.
