Looking at replacing boiler. Got a potterton flamingo. Do I go for a combi or keep hot water tanks etc and have a new condensing boiler. Typical 3 bed house, electric shower, 9 radiators. Boiler in kitchen, tank above in bathroom. Budget is 2k.

Hi, just wondering about ease of access to my gas meter valve. It's in the corner of my kitchen cupboard and if in an emergency I needed to turn off the gas lever I have to get on the floor and get part of my upper body in the cupboard to reach the lever. I can manage it but if I was an old...
