    Humidity and new paint?

I believe so. We stripped all the paper off the walls and then a professional firm came in to repair, sand down and make the walls sound for painting. It all looked perfect until yesterday. No sign of any problems during the various coats of paint. Any advice on how to repair the wee crack...

    Change in hot water flow?

Flow remains the same in the bathroom but it is/was the one with the problem of hammering after use. Taps were also changed in the bathroom BTW. Will try and check everything out at the weekend. Thanks tincup

Pre new kitchen installation there was reasonable hot water flow ( not expecting miracles because all on one level) but since then we have gone from reasonable flow to literal dribble and now...

What do I need to buy...?

Daughter has bought flat. In kitchen she has had installed washing machine which is cold feed only. Beneath the sink the little feed with the blue 'tap' on it is open to allow the water into the machine. The one with the red 'tap' on is closed as it's not needed....however the threaded base is...

    Wall anchors/ rawl plugs

Having been given great advice re. repairing holes in plasterboard, I now seek advice on wall anchor/rawl plugs. Flat has had one of the very old bulky electric storage radiators removed from the wall. It has been replaced with a smaller ( but equally ugly) storage radiator ....at least I...
