I don't think you should press d first as that is what you need to press before typing in the code for the master user menu. Just type in the engineer code with no prefix

I understand to be the bell box, all wireless bar that being hard wired. Since it's now showing bell tamper 33, as well as the OPm fail, renamed input 0 to the key pad and it shows the Opm message twice now with Kpd on the end of it. Seems weird ..
