is 40v correct then.....I presume there is a step down transformer somewhere? It is a Robinshaw gas valve.

I have the above boiler which has just packed in. The pilot is lit and when I turn the clock on the pump runs but the boiler does not fire up. I have no intention of repairing myself if a part needs changing that Im not competent to fit but am after some advice as too what the fault could be...
